YOUR 12 WEEK ROLLING GOAL + EVENT WEEK
Every 12 weeks you and all our members will take part in our event week. During event week you will work towards setting new personal bests in each category of training.
[BLOCK 1] - Stamina & Endurance
Week 1-4: Working with you to build a solid foundation for your training and your readiness to progress onto Blocks 2 & 3.
[BLOCK 2] - Strength & Power
Week 5-7: After Block 1 you will be physically and mentally prepared for more. This is when we will introduce the more technical but rewarding exercises and training.
[BLOCK 3] - Realisation & Function
Week 8-11: The first phase is a final strength and power phase. This is where you realise your new levels of strength, balance and symmetry.
EVENT WEEK
WEEK 12: During the event week we set fun challenges based on each of our class categories. Stamina, Strength, Power. Skill, Bodyweight & Mixed (a combination of each in one test). This is a fun way of realising your ability to do new things and to do what fit people do!
I love the versatility of the classes and also the mind set that we are training with a purpose, not just jumping about to achieve a sweat.
